MG Motor Pakistan has officially disclosed the booking amount and expected delivery timeline for its latest compact electric hatchback, the MG Binguo EV, strengthening the brand’s presence in Pakistan’s fast-growing electric vehicle (EV) segment.
Positioned as the most affordable EV in MG’s local lineup, the Binguo EV is aimed at urban buyers seeking economical and eco-friendly mobility.
According to MG, customers can book the Binguo EV with an initial payment of Rs 1.2 million, while the remaining amount will be payable 30 days prior to delivery.
The company has confirmed that deliveries are scheduled to commence in March 2026, giving buyers ample time to plan their purchase.
The ex-factory price of the MG Binguo EV stands at Rs 5,999,000, making it one of the most competitively priced electric cars currently available in Pakistan.
Battery, Performance, and Range
Powering the MG Binguo EV is a 31.9 kWh Lithium Ferro-Phosphate (LFP) battery, known for its durability and thermal stability.
The battery drives an electric motor producing 67 horsepower and 150 Nm of torque, offering smooth acceleration and efficient performance for daily city commuting.
The EV delivers a WLTP-rated driving range of up to 273 kilometers on a full charge, which comfortably meets the needs of most urban users.
Charging options include DC fast charging, which replenishes the battery from 30 to 80 percent in around 35 minutes, while AC home charging takes approximately 5.5 hours from 20 to 100 percent.
Exterior Design and Dimensions
Designed for city life, the MG Binguo EV features a compact yet modern exterior. It measures 3950 mm in length, 1708 mm in width, and 1580 mm in height, with a 2560 mm wheelbase, ensuring easy maneuverability in congested traffic.
Exterior highlights include LED headlamps and taillights, daytime running lights, dual-tone black and white styling, and 15-inch steel wheels with 185/60 R15 tyres.
Interior, Technology, and Safety
Inside, the Binguo EV offers a comfortable cabin finished in a Caramel Latte-themed interior. Key features include keyless entry with push-start, auto-hold, a leather-wrapped multifunction steering wheel, and a 10.25-inch infotainment touchscreen supporting Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. A four-speaker sound system enhances in-car entertainment.
Safety equipment includes dual front airbags, ABS with EBD, rear parking sensors, a reverse camera, and cruise control, covering essential safety needs for city driving.
