Mia Goth is reportedly concerned about her ex-partner Shia LaBeouf following his recent arrest during Mardi Gras celebrations in New Orleans, Louisiana. According to sources, the Frankenstein star wants LaBeouf to get professional help for his drinking issues.
An insider told TMZ that the Fury actor’s troubling behavior “has been going on for years,” and Mia hopes he enters rehab to address his challenges. Although the couple quietly split nearly a year ago, they share a 3-year-old daughter, Isabel, and Mia reportedly still wants LaBeouf to remain an active part of her life.
Shia LaBeouf was arrested on February 17 after an alleged altercation with two men on Royal Street. The New Orleans Police Department confirmed he was charged with two counts of simple battery.
“At approximately 12:45 a.m. on February 17, 2026, NOPD officers were called to the 1400 block of Royal Street in response to a simple battery where two victims (two adult males), reported being assaulted,” the department said in a statement provided to People magazine. “Investigators say a man identified as 39-year-old Shia LaBeouf was reportedly causing a disturbance and becoming increasingly aggressive at a Royal Street business. A staff member attempted to eject Mr. LaBeouf from the establishment. Once removed from the building, the victim reported being struck by LaBeouf who used his closed fists on the victim several times.”
Despite the arrest, LaBeouf was later seen on Bourbon Street dancing while holding his jail release paperwork in his mouth, sparking widespread attention online.
As the situation unfolds, Mia Goth’s focus appears to remain on her daughter and encouraging her ex-partner to seek help, emphasizing both parental responsibility and personal wellness.
