Miley Cyrus is embracing her early 30s with gratitude and “warmth.” The Grammy-winning singer, who turned 33, marked her birthday by sharing a heartfelt moment with fans on Instagram. She posted a monochrome photo of herself blowing out a candle placed on a layered cake adorned with strawberries.

In her caption, the Wrecking Ball hitmaker thanked fans for their love, writing, “33 is already burning bright thanks to the warmth of your sweet birthday wishes.” Miley also revealed her birthday wish for the year, expressing her desire for more joy and laughter with the people closest to her.

“All I want this year is more laughs with the people who give me the little smile lines that are starting to show up,” she shared, ending her message with, “I love you all.”

The birthday milestone comes shortly after Miley confirmed her involvement in the upcoming Avatar: Fire and Ash soundtrack. She recently released the film track “Dream As One.” In a separate post, she opened up about the creative process behind the song, written alongside Mark Ronson and Andrew Wyatt.

Miley explained that crafting the track was a deeply emotional experience:

“Writing this song with Mark Ronson and Andrew Wyatt came straight from the heart. Every lyric remembers where we’ve been, reflects where we are, and holds hope for what’s ahead for all of us.”

She added that working on a song for a franchise that resonates with audiences worldwide was both meaningful and fulfilling.

“It was an honor to create something so personal for a film that connects so deeply with people around the world,” she concluded.
