Miley Cyrus is celebrating the release of her latest studio album, Bass Persuades, describing the record as a reflection of her extraordinary 20-year journey in the spotlight.
The Flowers hitmaker released her 10th studio album on September 18 and marked the occasion with an emotional Instagram post giving fans a glimpse into the creative process behind the project.
“This album happened fast but that’s been my life for 20 years,” Cyrus wrote. “Once I started wishing to land a role that would make LA my home it’s been nonstop.”
The former Disney star said the new album captures different stages of her life and reflects the sense of calm she has discovered after learning to slow down.
“This album is a reflection of everywhere I’ve been along the way and the peace that came with starting to slow it all down,” she added.

Cyrus also thanked her fans for supporting the release, describing the project as a particularly meaningful record.
“Thank you for celebrating this release with me. It’s a special record and it’s bliss to share with you. Love always,” she said.

‘Let’s Get Married’ dedicated to Maxx Morando
The album release follows the launch of the music video for “Let’s Get Married”, one of the tracks featured on Bass Persuades.
Cyrus has dedicated the song to her fiancé, Maxx Morando, with whom she has been in a relationship since 2021.
The release adds another personal element to an album that Cyrus says reflects both the fast pace of her career and the greater sense of peace she has found while looking back on two decades in the public eye.
