Islamabad, August 25, 2025 – The National Assembly Standing Committee on Inter-Provincial Coordination (IPC) has formed a sub-committee to investigate financial irregularities, governance issues, and the legal status of the Pakistan Hockey Federation (PHF).

The committee convened at Parliament House under the chairmanship of MNA Muhammad Sana Ullah Khan Masti Khel. During the session, PHF officials briefed the committee on matters including player payments, participation in International Hockey Federation events, and the federation’s constitution and election process. The committee will be supported by the Secretaries of the Law and IPC ministries, the Director General of the Pakistan Sports Board, a representative of the Attorney General’s Office, as well as PHF’s president and secretary.

The findings of the sub-committee will be submitted to the main committee for further action.
