Rockstar Games has announced that fans will get an extended preview of Grand Theft Auto VI (GTA VI) later this month, offering a closer look at one of the most anticipated video games ahead of its November launch.
The developer confirmed that the GTA VI extended showcase will premiere on August 27, giving players fresh footage of the upcoming open-world blockbuster before its global release.
Netflix gets first access to GTA VI extended look
According to Rockstar Games, the extended gameplay presentation will debut exclusively on Netflix at 3:00 PM ET (12:00 PM PT).
The premiere will also be available at 8:00 PM in London, 9:00 PM CET, and 12:30 AM IST on August 28 for viewers in India.
However, Netflix’s exclusivity window will last only six hours.
YouTube and GTA VI website release follows
After the brief exclusivity period ends, Rockstar Games will make the same extended video available to a wider audience.
The showcase will be released on YouTube and the official GTA VI website at 9:00 PM ET (6:00 PM PT).
International release times include 2:00 AM in London, 3:00 AM CET, and 6:30 AM IST on August 28.
The move ensures that fans who do not subscribe to Netflix will still be able to watch the extended gameplay presentation shortly after its initial debut.
