New prices of Honda motorcycles after sales tax rate increase

Atlas Honda on Wednesday announced new prices of motorcycles following increase in sales tax rate from 17 per cent to 18 per cent.

The new motorcycle prices are applicable from February 15, 2023.

The federal cabinet approved the Finance Supplementary Bill 2023 allowing increase in general sales tax to 18 per cent and additional taxes on luxury items as part of the reforms related to the International Monetary Fund’s Ninth Review.

Following are the suggested retail prices of Honda motorcycles after the addition of 18 per cent sales tax:

The price tag of Honda CD70 (Red, Black) is increased to Rs137,900 as compared to previous price of Rs116,864 after the addition of Rs21,035 as sales tax.

The price tag of Honda CD70 Dream (Red, Black, Silver) is increased to Rs147,500 as compared to previous price of Rs125,000 after the addition of Rs22,500 as sales tax.

The price tag of Honda Pridor (Red, Black, Blue) is increased to Rs181,500 as compared to previous price of Rs153,813 after the addition of Rs27,686 as sales tax.

The price tag of Honda CG125 (Red, Black) is increased to Rs205,900 as compared to previous price of Rs174,491 after the addition of Rs31,408 as sales tax.

The price tag of Honda CG125S (Red, Black) is increased to Rs243,900 as compared to previous price of Rs206,694 after the addition of Rs37,205 as sales tax.

The price tag of Honda CG125F (Red, Black, Blue) is increased to Rs330,900 as compared to previous price of Rs280,423 after the addition of Rs50,476 as sales tax.

The price tag of Honda CB150F (Red, Black) is increased to Rs418,900 as compared to previous price of Rs355,000 after the addition of Rs63,900 as sales tax.

The price tag of Honda CB150F (Silver) is increased to Rs422,900 as compared to previous price of Rs358,389 after the addition of Rs64,510 as sales tax.
