Jannik Sinner wins Wimbledon title
World No. 1 Jannik Sinner successfully defended his Wimbledon crown by defeating Germany’s Alexander Zverev in four sets.
After dropping the opening set in a tiebreak, Sinner recovered to claim a 6-7 (7), 7-6 (2), 6-3, 6-4 victory.
The Italian captured his second consecutive Wimbledon singles title, while Zverev appeared hampered by a knee issue after slipping on the grass during the third set.
Star-studded Royal Box
Kidman was seated alongside Anna Wintour and Sienna Miller in the Royal Box during the championship match.
Also in attendance were Prince William, Catherine, Princess of Wales, and their children, Prince George and Princess Charlotte, who watched the final from seats just ahead of the actress.
Kidman’s appearance added to the list of celebrities attending this year’s Wimbledon Championships, which concluded with Sinner retaining his status as the world’s top-ranked men’s player.
