London-based tech brand Nothing has rolled out a new update to its AI-powered platform, Essential Space, bringing improved sharing features for users of the Nothing Phone (3), Phone (3a), and Phone (3a) Pro.
This marks the second major update within a month, reinforcing the company’s commitment to refining the user experience.
The latest update focuses on enhancing content shareability, allowing users to easily export and share audio clips recorded using the “Flip-to-Record” feature. These clips can now be shared not only as standard audio files but also as images, PDFs, or Markdown files, offering flexibility for various communication and documentation needs.
Additionally, the update introduces the ability to share Memories — such as screenshots and images stored within Essential Space — in the same versatile formats. This makes it easier for users to archive or distribute their digital content across different platforms or apps.
These improvements are being delivered via the Google Play Store, so users are advised to check for the latest version of Essential Space to access the new features. If the update hasn’t yet appeared on your device, make sure to manually check for updates through the Play Store.
The new sharing options are compatible with the brand’s latest smartphones, including:
Nothing Phone (3) – 256GB + 12GB RAM priced at $799 / €769
Nothing Phone (3a) – starting at $385 / €306.90 for the 128GB + 8GB RAM variant
Nothing Phone (3a) Pro – available from €433.89 / £417.57 for the 256GB + 12GB RAM model
With these continuous updates, Nothing is positioning Essential Space as a dynamic and evolving smart assistant, tailored to streamline everyday tasks and improve cross-platform content sharing. More AI-powered features are expected in the coming months as the company continues to innovate within its ecosystem.
