Nothing’s upcoming Phone 4a series appears to be edging closer to launch, and fresh certification listings have now revealed important details about the Nothing Phone (4a) Pro).
Ahead of its official unveiling, the smartphone has surfaced on the EU’s EPREL database, confirming several core specifications related to battery performance, durability, and repairability.
According to the EPREL listing, the Nothing Phone (4a) Pro carries the model number A069P, matching earlier certifications and leaks. The database confirms the device will pack a 5,080mAh battery, paired with 50W fast charging support. This suggests Nothing is aiming to deliver solid battery life along with quick top-ups, positioning the Phone (4a) Pro as a strong mid-range contender.
The EPREL certification also sheds light on battery longevity. The Phone (4a) Pro is rated for an endurance per cycle of 63 hours and 24 minutes, which indicates impressive efficiency for daily use. Additionally, the battery is certified to withstand up to 1,400 charge cycles before its capacity drops below 80 percent of its original level, pointing to long-term reliability.
Beyond battery details, the listing reveals that the Nothing Phone (4a) Pro will come with IP65 ingress protection, offering resistance against dust and water splashes. The device also received a C grade for repairability, suggesting moderate ease of repairs, along with another C grade in the free-fall reliability test, which measures durability against accidental drops.
Adding further weight to an imminent launch, the Nothing Phone (4a) Pro has also been spotted on India’s BIS certification database, once again under the same A069P model number. This indicates the phone is likely headed for the Indian market shortly after its global debut.
Based on previous rumors and leaks, the Phone (4a) Pro is expected to feature a Snapdragon 7-series chipset, paired with 12GB of RAM and UFS 3.1 storage for faster performance and improved multitasking. While Nothing has yet to confirm official specifications or a launch date, the growing number of certifications strongly suggests that an announcement is just around the corner.
