Nothing Phone (3)

Nothing has officially started teasing its upcoming Phone (4a) series, which is expected to launch as early as next month. While the company has not shared full specifications yet, CEO Carl Pei has confirmed that the new lineup will deliver significant upgrades over the previous generation.

According to a recent leak, the Nothing Phone (4a) and Nothing Phone (4a) Pro will be available in two storage configurations: 8GB RAM with 128GB storage and 12GB RAM with 256GB storage. This gives buyers flexibility depending on their performance and storage needs.

Nothing has also confirmed that the Phone (4a) series will feature UFS 3.1 storage technology. UFS 3.1 offers faster read and write speeds compared to older standards, ensuring smoother app launches, quicker file transfers, and improved overall system responsiveness. However, it remains unclear whether both the standard and Pro variants will support UFS 3.1 or if it will be limited to one model.

In terms of design and color options, earlier teasers hinted at multiple shades for the new lineup. However, the latest tip suggests that the Phone (4a) will be offered in Black and White color options. Meanwhile, the Phone (4a) Pro is rumored to launch in Black and Silver finishes. These choices align with Nothing’s minimalist design philosophy seen in previous devices.

Under the hood, the Phone (4a) series is expected to be powered by Snapdragon 7-series chipsets, offering solid mid-range performance. The Pro variant is rumored to pack a 5,080mAh battery, which should provide extended usage on a single charge.

With the official launch reportedly just weeks away, more details regarding pricing, camera specifications, and display features are likely to surface soon. The Nothing Phone (4a) series aims to strengthen the brand’s position in the competitive mid-range smartphone market.
