Nothing has officially confirmed the unveiling date for its much-anticipated first pair of over-ear headphones, the Nothing Headphone (1).
The headphones will debut alongside the company’s upcoming flagship smartphone, the Nothing Phone (3), at a special event scheduled for July 1 in London at 6 PM local time.
The global tech event will also be livestreamed, with start times set for 10 AM in Los Angeles, 1 PM in New York, 7 PM in Central Europe, and 10:30 PM in India.
This launch marks a significant milestone for Nothing as it expands its product portfolio. The company previously announced a collaboration with renowned British audio brand KEF, hinting that its upcoming audio products, including the Headphone (1), will benefit from KEF’s high-end acoustic expertise.
Although not officially confirmed, it is widely expected that the Headphone (1) will carry KEF co-branding, raising expectations for premium sound quality.
The Nothing Headphone (1) was first rumored in February, and its official confirmation now has audio enthusiasts eagerly awaiting its debut. While Nothing has kept the design and features under wraps, the association with KEF has already generated buzz about the headphones’ potential performance.
As for pricing, Nothing has yet to make an official announcement. However, industry rumors suggest the Nothing Headphone (1) could be priced at $299, with availability starting in September. If the speculation holds true, the Nothing Headphone (1) would place itself in the premium audio market, competing with established brands like Sony, Bose, and Apple.
With both the Nothing Phone (3) and the Nothing Headphone (1) being unveiled at the same event, July 1 is shaping up to be a major date for fans of the brand. All eyes will be on Nothing to see how it delivers on its promise of design innovation and high-quality performance.
Nothing’s approach to product design, focused on transparency and minimalism, has helped it stand out in a crowded tech market. With the launch of its first over-ear headphones and third flagship phone, the company seems poised to further solidify its presence in both the smartphone and audio segments. The July 1 event will likely reveal how Nothing plans to push innovation while staying true to its unique brand identity.
