Nothing is set to reveal its latest device, the Phone (2a) Plus, on July 31. This announcement follows closely on the heels of the unveiling of the CMF Phone 1 by Nothing’s sub-brand CMF, marking a significant period of activity for the tech company.
After a month of buildup, the CMF Phone 1’s debut has turned the spotlight back to Nothing’s flagship brand. The upcoming release of the Nothing Phone (2a) Plus is creating a buzz among tech enthusiasts and consumers alike.
The new model, described intriguingly as “Plus. More. Extra.,” is expected to be a significant upgrade from the Nothing Phone (2a).
Speculation is rife about what enhancements the “Plus” designation might bring. One of the key areas of interest is the potential for wider availability. The original Nothing Phone (2a) has not been accessible in the US market, being limited to the Developer Program. Expanding its reach could be a major selling point for the new model.
Adding to the intrigue, the promotional images for the Phone (2a) Plus feature distinctive grooves. These grooves bear a resemblance to the wireless charging coil seen on the Nothing Phone (2), a feature notably absent from the Phone (2a).
