Oppo has officially confirmed the launch date for its next flagship smartphone, the Find X9 Ultra, which will debut in China and select global markets on April 21. Alongside the Ultra model, the company will also introduce the Find X9s Pro on the same day in China. While the Find X9 Ultra is expected to reach international markets, the Find X9s Pro may remain exclusive to China for the time being.

The Find X9 Ultra is shaping up to be Oppo’s most advanced smartphone yet, with a strong focus on camera technology and high-end hardware. Although the company has not revealed the full specifications, several key details have already been confirmed or leaked ahead of the launch.

One of the biggest highlights of the Find X9 Ultra will be its powerful telephoto camera system. The device is expected to feature a 10x periscope telephoto lens powered by a custom 50MP Samsung JNL fusion sensor. This setup is designed to deliver significantly improved zoom photography and image clarity. Oppo has also teased a redesigned rear camera module, suggesting a fresh design approach for the flagship device.

Rumors indicate that the smartphone will sport a large 6.82-inch AMOLED display with a smooth 144Hz refresh rate, offering an enhanced viewing experience for gaming and multimedia. The device is also expected to be powered by Qualcomm’s upcoming Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset, which should deliver top-tier performance and improved power efficiency.

Battery life is another major highlight, with leaks suggesting a massive 7,050mAh battery. This could make the Find X9 Ultra one of the flagship smartphones with the largest battery capacity in its category. Additionally, the device is rumored to feature dual 200MP rear cameras, further strengthening its photography capabilities.

Meanwhile, Oppo also shared some details about the Find X9s Pro, which will launch alongside the Ultra model in China. The Find X9s Pro is expected to feature a 200MP main camera and a 200MP periscope telephoto lens. Other rumored specifications include a 6.32-inch OLED display, the MediaTek Dimensity 9500 chipset, and a 7,000mAh battery.

With the official launch just weeks away, Oppo is expected to reveal more details about both devices, including pricing and availability for global markets.
