Karachi, October 25, 2025 – The All Pakistan Sarafa Gems and Jewelers Association (APSGJA) has released the latest gold price update for Saturday, showing a notable rise in both local and international markets.
As of 1:00 PM Pakistan Standard Time (PST), the price of 24-karat gold per tola increased by Rs1,800, reaching Rs433,662, compared to the previous day’s closing rate of Rs431,862 in Pakistan’s bullion markets.
Similarly, the 24-karat gold per 10 grams rose by Rs1,543, settling at Rs371,795, up from Rs370,252 recorded on October 24, 2025. The recent surge comes just days after gold hit its all-time high of Rs456,900 per tola on October 17, 2025, reflecting strong investor demand and global market uncertainty.
According to market analysts, the upward trend in domestic gold prices is primarily linked to fluctuations in the international bullion market, where gold gained $18 per ounce, climbing from $4,095 to $4,113. Experts attribute this increase to ongoing geopolitical tensions, economic uncertainty, and trade disputes, which have prompted investors worldwide to seek refuge in safe-haven assets like gold.
Bullion traders in Pakistan expect the local market to remain volatile in the coming days, closely tracking international trends and currency movements. Investors are advised to stay updated with daily price fluctuations before making any major buying or selling decisions.
