Pamela Anderson has given fans a glimpse into her peaceful autumn lifestyle at her six-acre Vancouver Island home, describing the season as the “season of the soul”.

The 59-year-old Baywatch star shared a video on Instagram capturing a rainy autumn morning at her family estate.

The clip begins with Anderson walking one of her dogs through her sunroom at sunrise before taking viewers on a tour of her backyard garden.

She is later seen reading Amor and Psyche: The Psychic Development of the Feminine, revealing that she has revisited the book several times.

“I’ve read this book so many times,” she says in the video.

Anderson also captures her garden following the rainfall, highlighting the blooming pink and light orange roses. The video concludes with a selfie beside a large pine tree and a peaceful walk along a lakeside dock.

In her Instagram Stories, the actress shared pictures of wild ground cherries she had picked, alongside her Wild Groundcherry Basic Balm, developed in collaboration with skincare brand Sonsie.

Anderson previously told People in October that gardening helps her feel grounded.

She returned to her family’s longtime Vancouver Island estate in 2020. The property once operated as a motel owned by her grandmother, where Anderson was taken home after her birth.

Speaking to Better Homes & Gardens in September 2024, she recalled finding the garden neglected when she returned. Restoring and expanding it became a deeply personal experience, which she described as a way of putting her life back together.
