As winter tightens its grip, the PMD anticipates cold and dry weather across most parts of the country on Thursday, with notably frigid conditions expected in northern regions and northern Balochistan.
Dense fog and smog are projected to persist in the plain areas of Punjab, extending the visibility challenge to potential occurrences in the plain areas of Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa and upper Sindh during the night and morning hours. The forecast also includes the likelihood of frost forming in specific locations in the Pothohar region and Kashmir during the early morning.

The northern parts and northern Balochistan are expected to encounter very cold temperatures.
