Port Qasim Activity

Karachi, December 8, 2025 – The Port Qasim Authority (PQA) released its daily shipping activity report for Monday, providing updated vessel movements and operational details to assist importers, exporters, and maritime stakeholders.

The data reflects ship activity recorded over the past 24 hours, updated at 8:00 AM Pakistan Standard Time (PST).

Vessels That Sailed

According to PQA, two vessels departed the port during the reporting period. The LPG carrier M.T Navigator Leo (PQA Reg. No. 36633), measuring 160 meters in length, sailed with an import manifest quantity of 11,710 tons, maintaining an aft and forward draft of 6.10 meters. The ship is managed by Crescent Ocean Marine and departed from the EVTL berth at 3:00 PM.

Similarly, the bulk carrier M.V Lapis Lazuli (PQA Reg. No. 36671), carrying 33,150 tons of coal, also sailed at 3:00 PM under International Shipping & Ports, departing from PIBT.

Vessels That Berthed

Multiple vessels arrived and secured berths at Port Qasim. These include the LNG carrier M.T Fuwairit, which berthed at PGPCL at 10:30 AM with a manifest of 135,525 tons. Container vessel M.V Albert P berthed at QICT-VII at noon, followed by palm oil carrier M.T Autaurus at LCT at 12:15 PM with 18,000 tons of cargo.

Other arrivals included M.V Groton at QT2-I, the container ship M.V MSC Pratiti at QT2-II, the coal vessel M.T Sea Spirit at PIBT at 4:00 PM carrying 58,000 tons, and M.T Elm Galaxy, which berthed at EVTL at 6:00 PM with 5,248 tons of EDC.

Vessel Shifting Operations

PQA also reported vessel shifting activity. The rice carrier M.T Mansour M (31,000 tons) was shifted from berth M/W-I, while M.T Marine Ista, engaged in bunker supply operations, was repositioned by Bulk Shipping Agencies.
