Karachi, January 12, 2026 – The Port Qasim Authority (PQA) has released its daily shipping operations update for Monday, providing stakeholders with details of vessel movements over the past 24 hours. The report, updated at 8:00 AM Pakistan Standard Time (PST), highlights arrivals, departures, and ongoing operations at the port.

On the sailing side, notable departures included M.T. Marina Aman, carrying 18,950 tons of palm oil, and M.T. Bering Gas, transporting 12,500 tons of LPG. Both vessels departed at 3:00 PM, managed by AL-PINE Marine and GAC Shipping, respectively. The reported drafts for these vessels were stable, ensuring safe navigation out of the harbor.

Several vessels were also berthed at Port Qasim for unloading and loading operations. M.T. Al Wakrah, a 297-meter LNG carrier, docked at 3:15 PM under GAC Shipping, with a cargo of 135,647 tons. The port also received M.V. Puerto Rosario, carrying 34,534 tons of cement and an additional 7,500 tons of rice, managed by Bulk Shipping Agencies, as well as M.V. Eleni T and M.V. MSC Michaela, berthed at QICT-VII and QT2-II, respectively, for their scheduled cargo operations.

The PQA emphasized that these updates help port stakeholders, shipping companies, and traders plan operations efficiently. Daily reports ensure transparency in import and export activities while maintaining smooth vessel movement and cargo handling.
