Karachi, September 29, 2025 – The Port Qasim Authority (PQA) released its daily shipping operations report on Monday, September 29, 2025, to provide timely updates for trade and industry stakeholders.
The report, compiled at 0800 hours, covers vessel movements and shipping activities recorded during the past 24 hours.
According to the PQA, multiple vessels were involved in berthing, sailing, and shifting operations. Among the departing vessels, M.V. Nord Agano set sail in the afternoon, highlighting the smooth execution of cargo handling. On the other hand, new arrivals included M.V. MSC Veracruz, M.V. Eleni T, and M.V. Amis Glory, which berthed at different terminals during the day to discharge and load consignments. These movements reflect Port Qasim’s critical role in managing Pakistan’s maritime trade and shipping needs.
In addition, the vessel M.V. Al Exandros III was shifted between berths to facilitate efficient use of terminal space. Such shifting ensures that ongoing shipping operations remain streamlined and congestion-free, allowing for timely clearance of import and export consignments.
The PQA emphasized that maintaining transparency in daily reporting is essential for shipping agents, traders, and logistics companies who depend on accurate schedules for planning. With Karachi serving as the hub of Pakistan’s maritime economy, Port Qasim continues to play a vital role in sustaining the country’s import and export supply chain.
