Karachi, November 26, 2025 – The Port Qasim Authority (PQA) released its updated active shipping operations report on Wednesday, providing essential information for shipping lines, importers, exporters, and logistics stakeholders.

The report, updated at 0800 hours, outlines vessel movements including sailings, berthings, and shiftings at Pakistan’s second-largest port.

Sailing of Vessels

According to PQA, three vessels were scheduled to sail on Wednesday.

The first vessel, M.V Sky Gate (Reg No. 36560), measuring 169 meters in length and carrying 25,085 tonnes of sugar, was assigned to berth M/W-II under the agency of Posidon, with an expected departure time of 1500 hours.

The second outgoing vessel, M.T Golden Curl (Reg No. 36623), loaded with 15,870 tonnes of palm oil, was handled by Al-Pine Marine and set to depart from LCT at 1500 hours.

The third vessel, M.V Captain Sitaras (Reg No. 36638), carrying 59,251 tonnes of coal, was scheduled to sail at 1500 hours from PIBT, managed by Eastwind Shipping.

Berthing of Vessels

Several vessels were allocated berths during the morning and evening hours.

These include M.T Bolan carrying 55,584 tonnes of Mogas, berthing at FOTCO at 0900 hours, followed by M.V Hansa Africa, a container vessel handled by GAC Shipping at QICT-VII at the same time.

Other berthings included M.T Pioneer Gas (LPG) at SSGC at 1700 hours, M.V Aquavita Bay (cement) at M/W-II at 1800 hours, M.T Xin Ao Tai 1 (palm oil) at LCT at 1800 hours, and M.T Rabigh Sunshine (EDC) at EVTL, also at 1800 hours.

The large container vessel M.V CMA CGM Otello was also positioned at QT2-II at 1730 hours.

Shifting of Vessels

Additionally, M.T Navigator Leo (Reg No. 36633), loaded with LPG, was shifted from anchorage by Crescent Ocean Marine at 0000 hours.
