Karachi, November 25, 2025 – The Port Qasim Authority (PQA) released its daily shipping activity report on Tuesday, providing updated vessel movements and operational details for stakeholders, traders, and the maritime sector. The report reflects port operations recorded during the past 24 hours and was issued at 0800 hours.
According to the PQA, regular port activities continued smoothly with sailing, berthing, and shifting operations taking place as scheduled.
In its update, the authority noted the sailing of vessels, including various cargo carriers engaged in the transportation of essential commodities. Detailed information regarding vessel names, registration numbers, cargo types, and draft measurements was shared to ensure transparency and facilitate shipping agents and cargo handlers.
Port Qasim also confirmed the berthing of new vessels during the reporting period. Among the vessels that berthed were oil and gas carriers transporting imported fuel commodities. Notable arrivals included M.T Golden Curl, carrying a palm oil consignment, and M.T Navigator Leo, which arrived with a shipment of LPG. Both vessels berthed according to schedule, supported by their respective ship agents.
Additionally, the port recorded vessel shifting operations to streamline berthing availability and maintain operational efficiency. Ships shifted within port terminals included M.T Marine Ista, assigned for bunker supply operations, and M.V Royal Jade, which carried soybean seed cargo. These movements were conducted under the supervision of ship agents to ensure timely handling and optimal berth utilization.
The PQA emphasized that daily updates allow businesses and logistics operators to plan cargo operations effectively while ensuring clarity regarding port traffic. Port Qasim remains one of Pakistan’s most active maritime hubs, handling a diverse mix of bulk, liquid, and containerized cargo on a daily basis.
