Karachi, December 2, 2025 – The Port Qasim Authority (PQA) has released its official vessel movement report for Tuesday to facilitate terminal operators, shipping companies, and trade stakeholders.
The update, issued at 8:00 AM Pakistan Standard Time (PST), covers all major vessel activities over the past 24 hours, including ships that sailed and those that berthed at the port.
According to Port Qasim, one vessel departed during the reporting period. The ship M.V-LIMCO GOLD (PQA Reg No. 36658), carrying 9,300 metric tons of sand, sailed from the port at 3:00 PM. Managed by Universal Shipping, the vessel had a length overall (LOA) of 101 meters and maintained an aft and forward draft of 4.40 meters before departure. It sailed from the Marginal Wharf-I berth.
Multiple key vessels berthed at Port Qasim throughout the day, supporting the port’s container, bulk cargo, LNG, LPG, and general cargo operations. Among the arrivals was M.V-LIBERO (PQA Reg No. 36670), a 190-meter-long coal carrier with a cargo manifest of 53,000 metric tons, which berthed at PIBT at 9:15 AM. The LNG vessel M.T-LUSAIL (PQA Reg No. 36672) also berthed at 10:30 AM at EETL, carrying over 140,000 metric tons of liquefied natural gas.
Container vessels, including M.V-EMMENUEL P, M.V-GFS GENESIS, and M.V-MSC ROBERTA V, berthed at various terminals such as QICT and QT2-II. Additionally, M.T-AQUA SPIRIT, carrying 4,563 metric tons of LPG, berthed at SSGC at 3:00 PM. Other arrivals included M.V-BOA YUAN LING, M.V-MANTA SENA—carrying 28,000 tons of rice—and M.T-MAYA GAS 1.
Port Qasim continues to manage a steady flow of maritime traffic, ensuring efficient cargo handling and smooth port operations.
