Karachi, February 14, 2026 — The Port Qasim Authority (PQA) on Saturday released its daily shipping activity report, providing updates on vessel movements over the past 24 hours to assist stakeholders, traders, and port operators. The report was updated at 8:00 AM Pakistan Time (PKT).
According to the PQA, several vessels sailed from the port, carrying a variety of commodities. Notable departures included M.T-GAS RGA, transporting 1,678 tons of LPG; M.V-LILAS CALM, carrying 59,328 tons of coal; and M.V-SEA SPIRIT, with 59,231 tons of coal. All vessels departed around 15:30 PKT under the supervision of their respective shipping agents.
On the arrivals side, vessels berthing at Port Qasim included M.T-SEA LA DONNA, bringing in 31,989 tons of gasolene at 12:15 PKT, followed by M.T-AL BIDDA and M.T-GINGA TIGER, which arrived later in the day. The berthing schedule reflects ongoing port operations and the continuous handling of import and export cargo.
The PQA highlighted that the port remained operational and efficient, maintaining smooth vessel movements despite global shipping challenges. Port officials emphasized the importance of timely reporting to support logistics planning, trade operations, and stakeholder coordination.
Market analysts noted that the sustained coal and petroleum shipments indicate steady demand in both domestic and industrial sectors. The port authority continues to monitor shipping schedules, berthing capacities, and cargo handling to ensure uninterrupted maritime trade.
