Karachi, February 28, 2026: The Port Qasim Authority (PQA) on Saturday issued its daily shipping activity report, providing updates on vessel movements over the past 24 hours to assist traders, importers, exporters, and port stakeholders. The report is updated daily at 8:00 AM PKT.
According to the PQA, vessel sailings and berthings continued actively, with key shipments including rice, coal, palm oil, ethylene, and LPG. Among notable departures, the vessel M.V-TAN BINH 357 carrying 25,111 tons of rice sailed from Berth M/W-II under the management of Star Shipping.
Several vessels were reported berthing at Port Qasim, including M.V-PORT OSAKA, transporting 53,113 tons of coal to PQEPT, and M.T-BERNICE, unloading 22,999 tons of palm oil at LCT. Other vessels, such as M.T-DILOS carrying ethylene and M.T-VENUS 9 transporting LPG, also docked, reflecting the port’s continuous handling of diverse cargoes.
The PQA report highlights active commercial operations, with multiple vessels scheduled for arrival and departure, supporting both import and export activities. Stakeholders are advised to monitor the daily updates to track shipping schedules, cargo movement, and port logistics.
The authority emphasized that the daily shipping report plays a crucial role in streamlining port operations, improving transparency, and facilitating efficient trade through one of Pakistan’s busiest ports.
