Karachi, December 3, 2025 – The Port Qasim Authority (PQA) has released its latest vessel movement update, highlighting a busy 24 hours of maritime activity. The report, issued at 8:00 AM, outlines multiple ship departures, arrivals, and shifting operations, reflecting strong port traffic across key terminals.

According to the PQA, several vessels successfully sailed during the period. Among them was M.T Atlantic Rainbow, carrying 29,760 metric tons of palm oil before departing from the Liquid Cargo Terminal. Another major departure included M.V Amis Wisdom 1, transporting 36,299 metric tons of cement, along with additional export cargo. LPG carrier M.T Maya Gas 1 also sailed, as did container ships M.V Spirit of Bertram and M.V GFS Genesis, which left from terminals operated by CMA CGM Pakistan and X-Press Feeders respectively.

Port Qasim also reported multiple vessel berthings. Container carrier M.V Hansa Africa berthed at QICT-V in the early hours, followed later by soybean seed vessel M.V Efe Mersin handling 56,850 metric tons of import cargo at PIBT. Additional arrivals included gasoline vessel M.T Paccha, mega container ship M.V CMA CGM Phoenix, palm oil tanker M.T MC Gaea, and LPG carrier M.T Navigator Leo. Another vessel, M.V Wattle Tiger, arrived in the evening at the multipurpose wharf.

In terms of vessel shifting, M.V Manta Sena, loaded with 28,000 tons of rice, was moved within the port as part of operational adjustments.

Port Qasim continues to manage significant cargo volumes, underscoring its role as one of Pakistan’s busiest maritime gateways.
