Karachi, October 28, 2025 – The Port Qasim Authority (PQA) released its daily shipping operations report for Tuesday, highlighting the berthing and sailing activities at one of Pakistan’s busiest seaports.

The operational update was issued at 0800 hours, covering activities recorded during the past 24 hours to assist trade and shipping stakeholders.

According to the PQA report, M.V. Limco Logger departed from the port after loading 7,000 metric tons of rice. The vessel, managed by Ocean World and berthed at the FAP terminal, sailed out at 15:30 hours.

During the same period, several vessels berthed at Port Qasim for import and export operations. These included:

• M.V. Epaminondas, carrying containers, berthed at QICT Terminal II under the agency of MSC Pakistan.

• M.T. Start, loaded with 30,000 metric tons of palm oil, berthed at LCT terminal, managed by Al-Pine Marine.

• M.T. Gas Emerald, M.V. Sintra, M.V. Hua Chuang 66, and M.T. Sirtaki also arrived at various terminals, including EVTL, PIBT, QICT-V, and FOTCO, for handling diverse cargoes and shipping operations.

The Port Qasim Authority confirmed that vessel traffic continues to operate smoothly with all terminals functioning efficiently. Daily reports such as this help ensure transparency and coordination between port operators, shipping agents, and logistics providers.

The PQA plays a vital role in managing Pakistan’s maritime trade, handling a large volume of containerized goods, liquid cargo, and dry bulk shipments through modern terminals and well-equipped berthing facilities.
