Karachi, February 3, 2026 – The Port Qasim Authority (PQA) has released its daily shipping activity report for Tuesday, February 3, 2026, providing a detailed update on vessel movements and cargo handling over the past 24 hours.
The report was published at 8:00 AM Pakistan Standard Time (PST) to keep stakeholders informed about port operations.
According to the PQA, five vessels – Eleni-T, Zhuo Yue Yuan Yang, GC Argon, Ejnan, and Al-Kyooni – carrying containerized cargo, chemicals, LNG, and coal berthed at Qasim International Container Terminal (QICT), Engro Vopak Terminal, Engro Elengy Terminal, and Pakistan International Bulk Terminal, respectively, on Monday. Additionally, five more ships – GFS Gieselle, Asphalt Alliance, Asia Inspire, Milaha Qatar, and Maro-K – arrived at the port’s outer anchorage carrying containers, bitumen, palm oil, LNG, and coal.
During the last 24 hours, ten vessels were actively engaged at PQA berths. Two ships, Chemroad Hawk and Valiant, departed on Tuesday, while four vessels – Zhuo Yue Yuan Yang, Eleni-T, GC Argon, and Stena Continent – are scheduled to sail later in the afternoon.
Cargo handling at Port Qasim totaled 214,764 tonnes, including 172,861 tonnes of imports and 41,903 tonnes of exports, processed through 4,326 containers (2,068 TEUs imports, 2,258 TEUs exports). Currently, 14 ships remain at the outer anchorage, with six vessels – including GFS Gieselle, Ionian Star, EVA Hansa, and Horizon-I – expected to berth at QICT, LCT, PGPCL, MW-4, EVTL, and SSGC later today.
Port Qasim continues to maintain efficient operations, ensuring smooth cargo movement for domestic and international trade.
