Karachi, February 4, 2026 – The Port Qasim Authority (PQA) has released its daily shipping activity report for Wednesday, February 4, 2026, providing updates to facilitate stakeholders, including importers, exporters, and maritime operators.
The report, updated at 8:00 AM Pakistan Standard Time (PST), covers vessel movements and berthing activity over the past 24 hours.
According to PQA, notable sailings included the M.V. Manina, carrying 40,340 metric tons of cement, and the container vessel M.T. GFS Giselle, both departing on schedule. The M.V. Manina was handled by Bulk Shipping Agencies, while X-Press Feeders managed the container operations for GFS Giselle. Both vessels maintained stable draft measurements and departed without delays.
Berthing activity at Port Qasim saw multiple arrivals. M.T. Asia Inspire carrying 29,483 metric tons of palm oil docked at M/W-I, while M.V. Ren Jian 26, transporting 3,186 tons of LPG, berthed at QICT-VII. Additionally, coal carrier M.V. Maro K and vessels M.V. Hongyong Changsheng and M.V. RDO Endeavour were scheduled at PIBT and QT berths later in the day. Ship agents including Al-Pine Marine and Trade2Shore coordinated these arrivals efficiently.
The PQA emphasized that the shipping updates are intended to enhance operational transparency, improve port scheduling, and assist logistics planning for traders, shipping companies, and port stakeholders. Daily monitoring of arrivals, departures, and cargo handling ensures smooth maritime operations and supports Pakistan’s import-export activities.
