Karachi, February 26, 2026: The Port Qasim Authority (PQA) has released its daily shipping operations report for Thursday, February 26, 2026, providing updates on vessel movements over the past 24 hours. The report, published at 8:00 AM PKT, aims to keep port stakeholders, shipping agents, and logistics companies informed of arrivals, sailings, and berth activities.

Sailing Vessels

Today, several vessels departed from Port Qasim carrying a variety of cargo. Key sailings included M.T-Lebrethah transporting 140,497 tons of LNG, M.T-Horizon 1 with 3,184 tons of LPG, and M.V-Hansa Europe carrying containers. Other departures included M.T-Maritime Comity with 34,448 tons of palm oil and M.V-Da Yu Xia transporting 3,054 tons of project cargo. Additionally, M.V-MSC Mira V also left the port during the day.

Berthing of Vessels

Port Qasim welcomed several vessels today, including M.V-Nikolas D, which arrived with 68,653 tons of soybean seed, and M.V-MSC Mira V carrying containers. Other arrivals included M.T-DM Jade with 10,468 tons of paraxylene and M.T-Seychelles Pioneer. These berthings demonstrate the ongoing activity in both bulk and containerized cargo handling at the port.

Vessel Shifting

Shifting operations were also carried out to optimize berth usage. M.T-Marine Ista, engaged in bunker supply, was shifted to berth QT2-II, while M.T-Navigator Celtic, transporting LPG, moved from its anchorage point. Container vessel M.V-Westerly was shifted to berth QT2-I to facilitate efficient loading and unloading operations.

The PQA’s daily operations report highlights the continuous and smooth functioning of Port Qasim, Pakistan’s key deep-water port, supporting both import and export trade and ensuring timely handling of bulk, container, and project cargo.
