Karachi, October 22, 2025 – The Port Qasim Authority (PQA) released its latest shipping activity report for Wednesday, outlining vessel movements, cargo handling, and berthing schedules at one of Pakistan’s busiest ports.

The report, updated at 8:00 AM, covers maritime operations over the past 24 hours to inform port users and shipping agents.

According to the PQA, several vessels departed the port after completing their cargo operations. These included tankers and bulk carriers transporting commodities such as iron ore, coal, MOGAS (motor gasoline), and ethylene dichloride (EDC). Ships like M.T. STOJA, M.T. Clear Stars, M.T. Elm Galaxy, and M.V. Christina V were among those that set sail from different berths including FOTCO, EVTL, PIBT, and M/W-II terminals.

Meanwhile, multiple vessels arrived and berthed at Port Qasim to unload or load their respective consignments. Incoming ships included M.T. Al Areesh carrying furnace oil, M.V. RC Aspelia with imported sugar, and container vessels such as M.V. CMA CGM Bianca and M.V. Wan Hai 358. Other arrivals were handled at key terminals like QICT, QT2, and PGPCL.

Port Qasim continues to play a vital role in Pakistan’s maritime trade, handling diverse cargoes ranging from energy products to consumer goods. The authority regularly issues updates to ensure smooth port operations, transparency, and coordination among shipping lines, agents, and terminal operators.
