Karachi, September 22, 2025 – The Port Qasim Authority (PQA) released its updated shipping activity report for Monday, covering movements over the past 24 hours. The report was officially issued at 08:00 hours to keep stakeholders, importers, and exporters informed of port operations.

According to the PQA, vessel movements remained steady throughout the day. The sailing schedule showed that M.T-AMIR GAS departed from its berth at 11:15 under the management of EVTL. In addition to sailings, berthing operations were also recorded for multiple vessels carrying different consignments, reflecting the continued flow of international trade through Pakistan’s busiest terminal.

Among the key vessels that berthed were M.V-MSC FIE X at QT2-II, which docked at 11:15, and M.T-MARAN GAS EFESSOS, which arrived at PGPCL at noon. Later in the afternoon, M.T-KAISA I berthed at EVTL around 14:30, followed by M.V-SEASPAN SANTOS, which secured its position at QICT-VII at the same time. These berthings highlight the efficiency of the port in handling diverse types of cargo and commodities.

The PQA emphasized that continuous monitoring of shipping activities ensures smooth coordination between terminals, agents, and cargo handlers. Efficient shipping operations at Port Qasim play a vital role in supporting Pakistan’s trade, keeping supply chains active, and meeting the demands of both imports and exports.
