Karachi, February 8, 2025 – The Port Qasim Authority (PQA) has released an update on shipping operations for Saturday, February 8, 2025, providing critical information for maritime trade stakeholders.
The latest shipping activity report was issued at 0800 hours, detailing vessel movements, berthing schedules, and cargo handling at the port.
Sailing and Berthing Activities at Port Qasim
Several vessels have completed their loading and unloading processes and are scheduled to depart. Among them, M.V. Hoang Anh has sailed with 14,500 metric tons of rice, managed by Ocean World Shipping, and left from the FAP terminal at 13:30 hours. Meanwhile, M.V. Xpress Kohima, a container vessel, departed from QT2-I terminal at 14:00 hours after completing its cargo operations.
On the berthing side, fresh arrivals include M.T. Eva Diamond, carrying phosphoric acid, which docked at EVTL terminal at 09:00 hours under the management of Eastwind Shipping. Additionally, M.V. Xpress Kohima, operating under X-Press Feeders, berthed at QT2-I terminal at 09:30 hours for container handling.
