Karachi, March 10, 2025 – The Port Qasim Authority (PQA) has released its latest shipping operations report for Monday, March 10, 2025, providing crucial updates for shipping stakeholders, traders, and port authorities.

The report, updated at 0800 hours, outlines vessel movements, including departures and new berthings, at Port Qasim over the past 24 hours.

Port Qasim remains a key hub for maritime trade in Pakistan, handling a diverse range of cargoes that support the nation’s economy. The shipping operations report details vessel activities, including imports and exports, ensuring smooth logistical coordination at the port.

Sailing of Vessels

On Monday, two major vessels departed from Port Qasim:

• M.T. Lucky Star (PQA Reg No. 35489), a 120.00-meter long vessel, set sail carrying 11,500 metric tons of palm oil. The ship, managed by Al-Pine Marine, departed from M/W-I Berth at 12:00 hours with an aft and forward draft of 8.60 meters.

• M.V. TCLC Luzhou (PQA Reg No. 35542), a 199.90-meter long ship, sailed from Port Qasim after loading 53,100 metric tons of petroleum coke. The vessel, represented by International Shipping & Ports, departed from PIBT Berth at 15:30 hours with a draft of 12.00 meters.

Berthing of Vessels

Two vessels berthed at Port Qasim on Monday:

• M.V. Gulf Barakah (PQA Reg No. 35550), a 262.00-meter long container ship, berthed at QT2-II Berth under the agency of GAC Shipping at 12:00 hours with an aft and forward draft of 12.10 meters.

• M.T. Alinya (PQA Reg No. 35512), a 128.00-meter long vessel carrying 12,000 metric tons of palm oil, arrived at M/W-I Berth at 15:00 hours. Managed by Al-Pine Marine, the vessel had an aft draft of 9.00 meters and a forward draft of 8.60 meters.
