Karachi, March 20, 2025 – The Port Qasim Authority (PQA) has released an update on shipping operations for Thursday, March 20, 2025, aimed at streamlining port activities and facilitating stakeholders.

Sailing of Vessels

Several vessels departed from Port Qasim on March 20, carrying essential commodities such as palm oil, cement, coal, and EDC. The departing ships included:

• M.T. HANYU CAMELLIA – Transporting 5,249 metric tons of EDC, managed by AL-PINE MARINE at EVTL.

• M.T. LOEVSTAKKEN – Departed with 8,998 metric tons of palm oil under AL-PINE MARINE’s management at LCT.

• M.V. NORD UTOPIA – Shipped 40,106 metric tons of cement, operated by EVERGREEN SHIPPING at M/W-II.

• M.V. ORIOLE – Carrying 55,650 metric tons of coal, facilitated by GSA (PVT) LTD at PIBT.

Berthing of Vessels

Newly arrived vessels were berthed at various terminals at Port Qasim, reinforcing its status as a shipping hub. Notable arrivals include:

• M.V. MSC JUDITH – A large container vessel handled by MSC PAKISTAN at QT2-I.

• M.T. KINGSTON – A vessel carrying 3,610 metric tons of LPG, managed by AL-PINE MARINE at EVTL.

• M.T. MARITIME TUNTIGA – Arrived with 30,010 metric tons of palm oil, berthed at LCT under AL-PINE MARINE’s supervision.
