Karachi, February 3, 2025 – The Port Qasim Authority (PQA) has released its latest shipping activity report, detailing vessel movements and cargo handling operations over the past 24 hours.

This report, issued at 0800 hours, serves as a crucial update for maritime stakeholders, including shipping agents, logistics providers, and trade partners utilizing Port Qasim as a key entry and exit point for goods.

Vessel Departures from Port Qasim

Several vessels have successfully set sail from Port Qasim, marking the conclusion of their cargo operations. Among these was M.T-TORM DIANA, a 183-meter-long vessel carrying 30,448 metric tons of palm oil. This vessel, managed by Al-Pine Marine, departed at 10:00 AM from the Liquid Cargo Terminal (LCT), navigating through the deep-sea channels of Port Qasim to continue its journey.

New Vessel Arrivals and Berthing Operations

Shipping activities at Port Qasim remained dynamic with multiple vessels docking at designated berths for unloading and loading cargo. The berthing schedule for February 3, 2025, includes the arrival of the following ships:

• M.T-OM SHANGHAI, a 141-meter-long vessel, berthed at EVTL carrying 5,238 metric tons of Ethylene Dichloride (EDC) under the management of Al-Pine Marine.

• M.T-YUN DIING 19, measuring 159.80 meters in length, docked at LCT to discharge 22,323 metric tons of palm oil, also facilitated by Al-Pine Marine.

• M.V-CL DIYIN HE, a bulk carrier spanning 199.99 meters, berthed at Pakistan International Bulk Terminal (PIBT) to unload 54,613 metric tons of coal, under the supervision of GM Shipping Operation.

• M.T-SEASPAN SANTOS, a 260-meter-long cargo ship, secured its position at QICT-VII for further operations.
