Karachi, August 19, 2025 – The Port Qasim Authority (PQA) has released its official shipping operations report for Tuesday, providing details of vessel movements and cargo handling over the past 24 hours.

Issued at 0800 hours, the report highlights the continuous flow of maritime trade through one of Pakistan’s busiest seaports.

According to the PQA, several key vessels completed their sailing schedules, while multiple others were berthed to ensure smooth shipping operations. Among the ships that departed were M.V. Abilene and M.V. St Paul, both carrying large consignments of coal. M.T. Romance also completed its movements, while M.V. Azure Dolphin sailed after discharging a sand consignment.

On the berthing side, the port welcomed several vessels carrying essential commodities. M.T. Al Qassar arrived to discharge its load, while M.T. Morning Glory berthed with over 30,000 tons of palm oil. Container ships such as M.V. CMA CGM Zanzibar and M.T. MSC Barcelona were also received, reflecting the diverse cargo mix that drives shipping operations at Port Qasim. Additionally, M.T. Khairpur brought in a large gasoline consignment, strengthening Pakistan’s energy supply chain.

The daily shipping operations report serves as an important update for traders, shipping companies, and logistic providers who rely on timely information for planning.
