Karachi, May 21, 2025 – The Port Qasim Authority (PQA) has released its comprehensive shipping operations report for Wednesday, May 21, 2025.

The report, compiled and disseminated at 0800 hours, provides key updates on vessel movements and port operations over the preceding 24 hours. This detailed overview is essential for shipping agents, terminal operators, and all stakeholders involved in port logistics and trade facilitation.

According to the official report, five vessels completed their port calls and departed successfully after concluding their respective loading and unloading tasks. Among these was M.V-GFS JUNO, which departed from QICT-V under the management of Eastwind Shipping, carrying containerized cargo. Similarly, M.V-MSC MARTINA operated by MSC Pakistan, and M.V-SEASPAN SANTOS, managed by GAC Shipping, also sailed after completing their container handling operations.

Notably, M.V-CORINNA, a bulk carrier with 68,000 metric tons of soyabean seed, sailed from the FAP terminal. Additionally, M.T-KAISA I, which had berthed for discharging 3,188 metric tons of LPG, concluded its operations under the supervision of M. International and departed from the EVTL terminal.

In terms of berthing activities, the port saw the arrival of several vessels, demonstrating the continued efficiency and operational capacity of Port Qasim. M.V-ADVENTURE carrying 28,080 metric tons of purified terephthalic acid berthed at M/W-I, while M.T-FUWAIRIT, a gas carrier loaded with 135,568 metric tons of LNG, was received at PGPCL by GSA (Pvt) Ltd.

Other vessels to berth included M.T-VENUS 9, discharging 3,031 metric tons of LPG at EVTL, and several container and bulk carriers such as M.V-MSC GUERNSEY, M.V-ONE READINESS, and M.V-AFRICAN GRIFFON, which berthed at various terminals including QICT and PIBT.
