KARACHI: Port Qasim recorded continued maritime activity on Sunday, with four vessels scheduled to sail and five others due to berth during the next 24 hours, according to the latest Port Qasim Authority (PQA) shipping update.
The shipping data covers the 24-hour period up to 8:00am on August 30, 2026, and includes vessels carrying rice, containers, palm oil, paraxylene and coal.
Four vessels scheduled to sail
Four vessels are scheduled to depart Port Qasim during the day.
M.V. Vosco Trader, registered under PQA No. 37781, is scheduled to sail at 11:00am from M/W-II. The 190-metre vessel, handled by Evergreen Shipping, is carrying 26,085 tonnes of rice. Its aft and forward draughts are both recorded at 6 metres.
M.V. Spirit of Bertram, PQA registration No. 37815, is scheduled to depart at 11:30am from QICT-VII. The 170-metre container vessel is being handled by CMA CGM Pakistan and has a draught of 8.30 metres.
Two tankers are scheduled to sail at 3:00pm.
M.T. Silver Manoora, measuring 183 metres, is carrying 29,602 tonnes of palm oil and is scheduled to depart from LCT. Al-Pine Marine is its shipping agent, while its aft and forward draughts are both 9.90 metres.
Meanwhile, M.T. Sea Harvest, a 144-metre vessel carrying 9,937 tonnes of paraxylene, is scheduled to leave from EVTL at 3:00pm. Posidon is listed as its shipping agent and the vessel has a draught of 6.90 metres.
Five vessels scheduled to berth
Port Qasim is also expecting five vessels to berth during the reporting period.
M.V. HSL Perth, measuring 200 metres, is scheduled to berth at PQEPT at 2:00pm. The vessel is carrying 53,046 tonnes of coal and will be handled by GSA (Pvt) Ltd. Its draught is recorded at 12 metres.
M.V. Saltwind Explorer, measuring 188 metres, is due to berth at PIBT at 2:45pm. The vessel is carrying 54,085 tonnes of coal, with Associated Liner listed as its shipping agent. Its draught stands at 13 metres.
M.V. GFS Pride, measuring 222 metres, is also scheduled to berth at QT2-I at 2:45pm.
Two tankers are expected to berth at 6:00pm.
M.T. M Bristol, a 175-metre vessel, is scheduled to berth at LCT carrying 26,749 tonnes of palm oil. Al-Pine Marine is listed as its agent, while its aft and forward draughts are both 9.50 metres.
M.T. Gas Lotus, measuring 97 metres, is scheduled to berth at EVTL at 6:00pm.

The latest shipping schedule reflects continued activity at Port Qasim across container, dry bulk and liquid cargo-handling facilities.
