Port Qasim shipping update: Four vessels to sail, seven to berth

Port Qasim is set for a busy October 1, with vessels handling soybean seed, fuel, LPG, coal and other cargoes.

KARACHI: Port Qasim Authority (PQA) has reported a busy shipping schedule for October 1, 2026, with four vessels scheduled to sail and seven more due to berth at various terminals during the day.

According to the Daily Shipping Programme updated at 8:00am, four vessels carrying soybean seed, Mogas, LPG and coal are scheduled to depart Port Qasim.

M.V Panasiatic, carrying 70,500 tonnes of soybean seed, is scheduled to sail at noon from FAP. M.T Mustang, carrying 13,052 tonnes of Mogas, and M.T Pasco Berke, carrying 12,600 tonnes of LPG, are both due to depart at 3:30pm. M.V Obe Lotus, carrying 50,102 tonnes of coal, is also scheduled to sail at 3:30pm from PQEPT.

Meanwhile, seven vessels are due to berth at Port Qasim terminals.

M.T Mount Fuji, carrying 21,844 tonnes of palm oil, is scheduled to berth at LCT at 9:00am, while container vessel M.V SLS Topaz is due at QICT-VII at the same time.

At 3:30pm, M.V Queen Sarah will berth at FAP with 63,448 tonnes of soybean seed, while M.V Star Opal will arrive at PIBT carrying 57,125 tonnes of coal.

M.V MSC Vanessa is scheduled to berth at QT2-II at 6:00pm, followed by M.T Henrietta Kosan at EVTL at 6:30pm with 4,185 tonnes of ethylene. M.T Torm Innovation is due at FOTCO at 7:30pm carrying 57,430 tonnes of gasoline.

The schedule highlights continued activity across Port Qasim’s container, liquid cargo and bulk commodity terminals.
