The meeting also addressed broader regional developments and their implications for Pakistan’s economic outlook, food security, and national stability. Leaders stressed the importance of a coordinated national response and maintaining policy decisions that safeguard public interests while ensuring institutional coordination.

In addition, the meeting highlighted public awareness initiatives to reduce fuel consumption, encourage the use of public transport, and promote shared ride systems as part of energy conservation efforts.

President Zardari underscored that economic management, energy planning, food security, and national security must remain closely aligned to navigate the current challenges, ensuring stability and resilience in the face of regional and global uncertainties.
