The sixth generation of Honda City was launched in Pakistan in 2021. The car is locally manufactured by Honda Atlas Cars Pakistan.
The sedan is available in seven different colors including Brilliant Sporty Blue Metallic, Lunar Silver Metallic, Carnelian Red, Modern Steel Metallic, Crystal Black Pearl, Taffeta White, and Urban Titanium.
The sedan is launched in five variants including Honda City 1.2LS MT, Honda City 1.2LS CVT, Honda City 1.5LS CVT, Honda City Asprie 1.5LAS MT and Honda City Aspire 1.5LAS CVT. The prices of these variants as on March 26, 2023 are given below:
The ex-factory price of Honda City 1.2LS MT is Rs4,799,000.
The ex-factory price of Honda City 1.2LS CVT is Rs4,929,000.
The ex-factory price of Honda City 1.5LS CVT is Rs5,549,000.
The ex-factory price of Honda City Aspire 1.5LAS MT is Rs5,759,000.
The ex-factory price of Honda City Aspire 1.5LAS CVT is Rs5,979,000.
The 1.2 LS variants of Honda City are powered by a 1.2-liter, water-cooled, 4-stroke, SOHC i-VTEC, 16-valve, four-cylinder engine. This engine produces a maximum power output of 88 horsepower at 6,000 rpm and a maximum torque output of 110 Nm at 4,800 rpm.
The 1.5 CVT and 1.5 Aspire variants of Honda City, on the other hand, are powered by a larger 1.5-liter, water-cooled, 4-stroke, SOHC i-VTEC, 16-valve, four-cylinder engine. This engine produces a maximum power output of 118 horsepower at 6,600 rpm and a maximum torque output of 145 Nm at 4,600 rpm.
The 1.5 CVT variant comes with a continuously variable transmission, while the 1.5 Aspire variant has a 5-speed automatic transmission.
Honda City has mileage of 17.8-24.1 km/l. The sedan is known for its fuel efficiency, and the mileage of the car varies depending on the engine and transmission variant. The fuel tank of the sedan is capable of carrying 40 liters.
Honda City has a sleek and modern exterior design with several notable features. The front of the sedan has a bold, sharp and distinctive design that features a sleek chrome grille with iconic honeycomb pattern on it.
The front is also equipped with swept-back halogen headlights with LED daytime running lights (DRLs) and a sculpted hood. The fog lights mounted on the bumper enhance the look and increase visibility in low light conditions.
The side profile of Honda City is characterized by sharp character lines that run along the doors, giving the car a dynamic and sporty look. The car also features a sloping roofline, chrome door handles, and 15-inch sporty diamond cut alloy wheels.
