New Pakistan Single Window app offers real-time trade tracking, payment management, and customs clearance services on smartphones.
Pakistan Single Window (PSW) has introduced its official mobile application, marking a significant step forward in Pakistan’s ongoing digital trade transformation efforts.
The newly launched PSW Mobile App aims to improve accessibility to cross-border trade facilitation services by allowing traders and businesses to manage critical trade activities directly from their smartphones.
The application is now available for download on both the Apple App Store and Google Play Store, enabling importers, exporters, customs clearing agents, and other stakeholders to access key trade services through a secure and convenient mobile platform.
The initiative reflects PSW’s commitment to enhancing digital connectivity and simplifying trade management processes across the country.
Developed as an extension of PSW’s existing digital ecosystem, the mobile app provides users with a flexible solution to monitor their trade operations anytime and from any location.
Through the application, users can track declaration progress, oversee regulatory compliance activities, and receive real-time customs clearance updates without relying on desktop systems.
In addition to monitoring trade activities, the app offers access to regulatory and financial certificates while allowing users to perform various operational tasks. These include submitting declaration cancellation requests, dray-off applications, provincial cess exemption or waiver requests, bank guarantee release requests, and several other system-based services designed to improve efficiency.
A key feature of the PSW Mobile App is its integrated payment management system. Users can generate Payment Slip IDs (PSIDs), review paid and pending payments, access detailed transaction information, and make payments through linked Personal Deposit (PD) accounts. This functionality is expected to simplify financial processes associated with import and export operations.
The mobile platform is designed to provide a centralized source of trade-related information, helping business executives, logistics professionals, and supply chain managers stay informed about ongoing transactions. With instant access to updates and regulatory requirements, stakeholders can respond quickly to compliance obligations, complete pending actions efficiently, and improve overall operational planning.
The app also strengthens communication between PSW and the trading community through built-in customer support features.
Users can submit complaints, provide feedback, and directly connect with the PSW Call Centre, ensuring faster issue resolution and enhanced service delivery.
The launch of the PSW Mobile App represents another milestone in Pakistan’s digital trade modernization strategy. By bringing essential trade facilitation services to mobile devices, PSW is promoting greater transparency, flexibility, and efficiency while further strengthening the country’s integrated digital trade ecosystem.
