On Saturday night, February 8, 2025, cold and partly cloudy conditions will persist across Punjab, with very cold weather expected in hilly areas such as Murree and Galiyat.

The PMD predicts that upper Punjab, including Lahore, Rawalpindi, Gujranwala, and Sialkot, will experience cold and partly cloudy weather. There is a slight chance of drizzle in some areas, particularly in the northern districts. In central Punjab, including Faisalabad, Sargodha, and Multan, cold and dry conditions will dominate, with temperatures remaining lower than the seasonal average. Meanwhile, southern Punjab, including Bahawalpur, Rahim Yar Khan, and Dera Ghazi Khan, will experience dry and slightly warmer daytime temperatures but colder nights.

Hilly areas of Punjab, particularly Murree and its surroundings, are expected to have freezing temperatures, with the possibility of light snowfall late at night. Tourists traveling to these areas are advised to take precautions due to possible slippery roads and fog in the early morning hours.
