The game, which was scheduled to take place at the Tin Kwong Road Recreation Ground in Hong Kong on June 17, 2023, couldn’t see a single ball being bowled.

As a result of the abandonment, both teams were awarded one point each, leaving them with a total of four points from their three previous outings in the tournament. Despite the disappointment, both Pakistan and India managed to secure a spot in the semi-finals.
India, having a superior run-rate over Pakistan, claimed the top spot on the table. In the upcoming semi-finals, India will face Sri Lanka, while Pakistan will go up against Bangladesh.

These exciting matches are scheduled to take place on June 19, 2023. To accommodate any potential rain delays, a reserve day has been designated for the semi-finals on June 20, 2023.
