Realme has officially launched the 16 Pro Harry Potter Edition with a unique light-sensing colour-changing Hogwarts crest and a limited-edition gift box.
Realme has officially unveiled the Realme 16 Pro Harry Potter Edition, introducing what the company describes as the world’s first quadra light-sensing colour-changing technology. The smartphone has been launched alongside the Realme Buds T500 Pro Harry Potter Edition.
The new smartphone is Realme’s second device created in collaboration with Warner Bros., following the Realme 15 Pro Game of Thrones Limited Edition.
The Realme 16 Pro Harry Potter Edition features a distinctive textured brown rear panel with an Argyle pattern inspired by Wizard’s Chess. A Hogwarts crest is placed on the back, incorporating the phone’s signature colour-changing technology.
When exposed to ultraviolet (UV) light, the Hogwarts crest reveals four colours simultaneously, representing the four Hogwarts houses.
Harry Potter-Themed Design and Accessories
The device also features an engraved frame carrying the phrase “Welcome to Hogwarts”, while its metal camera decoration is inspired by Harry Potter’s owl, Hedwig.
Realme has also customised the software experience with Harry Potter-themed icons, lockscreen designs, wallpapers and camera filters.
Buyers will receive a special gifting box designed to resemble Harry’s Hogwarts trunk. Limited to 5,000 units worldwide, the box includes a Hogwarts acceptance letter, Platform 9¾ train ticket, bookmarks, character postcards, a custom phone case and a SIM ejector tool.
Realme 16 Pro Harry Potter Edition Specifications
In terms of hardware, the Harry Potter Edition retains the specifications of the standard Realme 16 Pro.
The smartphone features a 6.78-inch AMOLED display with a 144Hz refresh rate, a 200MP main rear camera, Dimensity 7300-Max chipset and a 7,000mAh battery.
The special edition comes with 12GB of RAM and 256GB of storage.
The Realme 16 Pro Harry Potter Edition is priced at INR62,999 in India and will go on sale tomorrow.
Alongside the smartphone, Realme has introduced the Buds T500 Pro Harry Potter Edition. The earbuds feature a brown charging case carrying the Hogwarts logo and other Harry Potter-inspired design elements.
The Buds T500 Pro Harry Potter Edition is priced at INR6,999 and will also go on sale tomorrow.
