The upcoming motorcycle features a Euro 2 engine, a reinforced frame, Japanese-standard parts and multiple quality-control checks across key components.

Royal Power has revealed details of the components, materials and quality-assurance procedures used in its upcoming RPX 70cc motorcycle in Pakistan. The company has highlighted the engineering and finishing standards behind the new model, offering a closer look at its engine, frame, suspension, wheels and other essential parts.

The specifications provide an overview of the motorcycle’s construction and manufacturing standards. However, the company has yet to share complete details regarding its launch date, price and availability in the local market.

Royal Power RPX 70cc Engine and Frame Details

According to the shared specifications, the Royal Power RPX 70cc will use a four-stroke, 78cc Euro 2 engine. The company lists an engine warranty of 10,000 kilometres or one year, alongside standard quality and performance verification, engine testing and reliability checks.

The motorcycle’s main frame is manufactured using Japanese-standard parts and features 2.0mm sheet thickness. Its standard-parts frame weight is listed at 8.380kg, while the Royal Power frame weighs 8.556kg. The manufacturer also highlights higher weight for enhanced strength, PC and critical-dimension checks, dimensional accuracy and final frame-quality verification.

Components and Material Quality

Royal Power has also shared details about the motorcycle’s metal components. The muffler weighs 2.376kg, while the front and rear fenders weigh 1.2kg and 1.6kg, respectively. The front rim weighs 1.2kg, and the rear rim weighs 1.6kg.

The company lists chrome thickness of 14–16 micrometres for several components, along with a one-year chrome warranty for the muffler and fender set. Salt-spray testing, corrosion-resistance checks and chrome-adhesion inspections are also included in the stated quality procedures.

The fuel tank features 0.9mm sheet thickness and a liquid-paint thickness of 90–120 micrometres. Its manufacturing process includes surface preparation, degreasing, phosphating, drying, primer application and controlled coating.

Suspension, Electricals and Tyres

The RPX 70cc specifications include a swing arm with a total weight of 2.140kg and a bracket thickness of 4.5mm. The company also lists high-quality front and rear shocks tested for performance, jumping and shock absorption.

Other components include a complete headlight assembly, a wire harness using 0.16mm wire gauge and a 70-series tyre setup. Royal Power says these parts undergo fitment, durability, electrical-performance and road-testing checks.

While the specifications outline the motorcycle’s component quality, its price, fuel economy and official launch date remain unannounced.
