Samsung Galaxy M36 Smartphone Officially Listed, Coming Soon

Samsung’s upcoming smartphone, the Galaxy M36, is rapidly approaching its official release, with several key developments confirming its imminent arrival.

First spotted on the Geekbench database in April, the Galaxy M36 surprised many tech enthusiasts by sporting Samsung’s in-house Exynos 1380 chipset.

This reveals that the Galaxy M36 will not merely be a rebranded A-series phone with a larger battery, as seen with last year’s Galaxy M35, which closely mirrored the A35.

In a strong indicator of its impending launch, the Galaxy M36 has now received an official support page on Samsung India’s website.

This page lists the device under the model number SM-M366B/DS, suggesting that the manufacturer is preparing to unveil the smartphone very soon.

Additionally, the Galaxy M36 has secured certifications from both the Bluetooth Special Interest Group (SIG) and India’s Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS), further solidifying expectations that the phone is ready for the market.

The Galaxy M36 is expected to continue Samsung’s tradition of releasing its M series phones exclusively through Amazon India for a limited time post-launch. This strategy has been typical for the M-series lineup and helps Samsung maximize visibility in the competitive Indian smartphone market.

Performance-wise, the Galaxy M36 is poised to offer a smooth and modern user experience. According to the Geekbench listing, the phone will be equipped with 6GB of RAM and will run Android 15 right out of the box, with Samsung’s customized One UI 7 layered on top.

These software and hardware features place the Galaxy M36 firmly in the mid-range category, offering a balanced mix of performance and value.

With the Galaxy M36 being a successor to the Galaxy M35, which launched in late May last year, it is highly likely that Samsung will follow a similar release timeline this year. If this pattern holds, consumers can expect the Galaxy M36 to become official in the coming weeks.

Given its robust specifications, strategic launch planning, and improved chipset, the Galaxy M36 is shaping up to be a significant addition to Samsung’s mid-range portfolio.

With anticipation building, the Galaxy M36 may soon become a go-to option for users seeking performance, reliability, and the latest Android experience in a single device.
