The upcoming Samsung Galaxy S25 FE has been making headlines in recent weeks, and now a new leak has revealed its complete list of key specifications.
The device promises several upgrades over its predecessor, the Galaxy S24 FE, though some changes may raise eyebrows among fans.
At the heart of the Galaxy S25 FE is the Exynos 2400 chipset, offering a modest performance boost over the Exynos 2400e found in last year’s model. The smartphone will be available with 8GB of RAM and a choice of 128GB or 256GB internal storage.
The device will sport a 6.7-inch AMOLED display with a resolution of 1080×2340 pixels and a 120Hz refresh rate for smooth visuals. Gorilla Glass Victus provides added durability. On the camera front, the Galaxy S25 FE will feature a 50MP main sensor with f/1.8 aperture and optical image stabilization (OIS), a 12MP f/2.2 ultrawide lens, an 8MP f/2.4 telephoto camera with 3x optical zoom and OIS, and a 12MP f/2.2 front-facing camera for selfies and video calls.
The handset will be powered by a 4,500mAh battery, supporting 45W wired fast charging and 15W wireless charging. This marks a slight downgrade in capacity compared to the 4,700mAh battery in the S24 FE, a change that may concern heavy users.
Physically, the Galaxy S25 FE measures 161.3 x 76.6 x 7.4mm and weighs 190g. It will carry an IP68 rating for dust and water resistance, ensuring protection against the elements. Out of the box, it will run Android 16 with One UI 8 for a refreshed and feature-rich software experience.
Notable improvements over the S24 FE include a better chipset, a higher-resolution selfie camera, and faster wired charging speeds. However, the smaller battery capacity could be a trade-off for a slimmer and lighter design.
Samsung has also hinted that the Galaxy S25 FE will arrive earlier in the year compared to its predecessor, which launched in late September. This means fans could see the official unveiling much sooner than expected.
With a mix of performance upgrades, display excellence, and flagship-level features, the Galaxy S25 FE is shaping up to be one of Samsung’s most anticipated releases in 2025.
