Samsung is gearing up to unveil its next flagship lineup, with the Galaxy S26 series expected to launch in just three weeks.
Ahead of the official announcement, well-known tipster Evan Blass (@evleaks) has shared an official-looking poster of the Galaxy S26 Ultra, giving fans an early look at the premium device. The leaked poster highlights what appears to be the phone’s new hero color, dubbed Cobalt Violet, adding a fresh visual identity to Samsung’s Ultra lineup.
The poster showcases the back and right side of the Galaxy S26 Ultra at a specific angle that gives the device a rich purple hue. One of the most noticeable changes is the redesigned camera island, which closely resembles the camera layout seen on the recently launched Galaxy Z Fold7. This updated design suggests Samsung is aiming for a more unified aesthetic across its high-end smartphones in 2026.
Another detail visible in the poster is the S Pen stylus, which interestingly does not match the phone’s body color. Instead, the stylus appears in black, hinting that Samsung may continue offering the S Pen as a contrasting accessory rather than color-matching it with the device.
Beyond the design, recent mega leaks have also revealed key specifications of the Galaxy S26 Ultra. The smartphone is expected to feature a massive 6.9-inch Dynamic AMOLED display with QHD+ resolution and a smooth 1–120Hz adaptive refresh rate. Powering the device will likely be Qualcomm’s latest Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset, promising top-tier performance for gaming, multitasking, and AI-driven features.
In terms of battery, the Galaxy S26 Ultra is rumored to pack a 5,000mAh battery with support for 60W wired fast charging, ensuring faster top-ups compared to previous generations.
Camera hardware remains a major highlight. The flagship is expected to sport a 200MP ISOCELL HP2 main sensor with an f/1.4 aperture, paired with a 50MP ultrawide camera, a 50MP periscope telephoto lens with 5x optical zoom, and an additional 10MP telephoto lens offering 3x optical zoom. This setup positions the Galaxy S26 Ultra as a strong contender in the premium smartphone photography segment.
